Donor responsibilities

A person who has expressed a desire to donate blood and / or her components must, no later than three days before the day of the medical examination carried out before giving blood and / or its components, notify the application in writing of the administration at the place of work or training, or the command of the military unit where it is serving, of its intention to undergo such a survey and to deliver blood and / or its components. The above information is certified by personal signatures of a person who has expressed a desire to donate blood or blood components and an official of an institution or health care institution and is a medical secret. The list of diseases and forms of risky behavior, specified in part two of this article, is determined by the Ministry of Health of Ukraine.
